Ways of Play for Basketball
- Choose whether you want to play using the last two digits of the time clock or the last digit
- When the game clock stops for any reason, the number it stops on determines the winner of the point. (Example: If your number is 29 and the time stops at 10:29, then you win a point). If no one has the number that the clock stops on, no one wins a point
- Note: Players should not be allowed to choose “0” as the clock will always stop on “0” at the end of each quarter or half
- When a player scores, click the Time’s Up Icon, select the multiplier and hold down the button to claim your win. Players in the game will be notified that you won points. Note: if only playing a 1x multiplier you will not be able to select a bonus multiplier
- If bonuses are chosen, notify each player at the beginning of the game how bonuses will be applied. Common ways to play with bonuses are explained below but you as a group can choose however you want to use bonuses
- You can play 1x bonus for the first quarter, 2x for the second quarter. 3x for the third quarter and 4x points for the fourth quarter
- You can play 1x bonus for the first half and 2x bonus for the second half
- At the end of the game, click on your avatar to see the final tally for how many points you are up or down
