Ways of Play for Swimming

Ways of Play for Swimming
  • Choose which swimmers you will be playing the game with (Ex: You can choose
swimmers all on the same swim team or only the kids of the parents who are playing the game)
  • Players score when a swimmer from their chosen group finishes the race with the same last number (hundredth of a second) as the player’s number. (Ex: Jane has number 9. A swimmer from the game’s chosen swimmers ends the race with a time of 1:08.09. Being the time ended with a 9, Jane wins the point because her number is also 9)
  • When a player scores, click the Time’s Up Icon, select the multiplier and hold down the button to claim your win. Players in the game will be notified that you won points. Note: if only playing a 1x multiplier you will not be able to select a bonus multiplier.
  • If bonuses are chosen, notify each player at the beginning of the game how bonuses will be applied. Common ways to play with bonuses are explained below but you as a group can choose however you want to use bonuses.
    • If a player’s child finishes with his or her number, that player receives a 2x bonus
    • Whenever a bell heat is announced, all winners of that round receive a 2x bonus
    • Choose random races or heats when bonuses are applied
  • At the end of the game, click on your avatar to see the final tally for how many points you are up or down
